Suffragan Bishop Dr. Paulette Douglas truly epitomizes elegance in living a saved, sanctified and Holy life, set a part from the secular world! Suffragan Bishop Dr. Paulette Douglas is an ordained minister with the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World, an anointed National and International Evangelist, Teacher and Preacher with a Prophetic, Apostle's anointing as she has established three churches, assisted in establishing many other churches, colleges and ministries as she serves the Body of Christ for Jesus. Suffragan Bishop Dr. Paulette Douglas is renowned for the ministry of exhortation through deliverance, inner healing, salvation, altar ministries, biblical counseling at churches, seminars, prayer clinics, crusades and conferences.
Suffragan Bishop Dr. Paulette Douglas was baptized in the name of Jesus Christ and filled with the Holy Ghost in 1977. She was called to the ministry in 1981, taught bible study at Pacific Bell for nine years which established the Radiant Life in Christ Ministries. She is the founder and was the pastor of the Radiant Life in Christ Community Church in Baldwin Park, California for nearly four years. Dr. Douglas retired in 1996 with full benefits from AT&T after 26 + years of service.
God introduced then Pastor Paulette Douglas to the LOVE and HERO
of her life, Bishop Robert T. Douglas Sr. They were married, the
ministries merged, and she became the First Lady of the Jacob’s Ladder
Family, the Women’s Ministry Director, the Church Executive
Administrator and the Dean of the California University of Theology.
Dr. Robert and First Lady Douglas are the proud parents of three
wonderful children, Shakinah, Robert Jr. and Sondra Imani. They
are also blessed with two granddaughters, Demi and Rob'Ann
(butter ball) four grandsons, Dylan, Dominick Terrell, the twins
Canden and Caden. Seven Godchildren and twelve God Grandchildren.
Dr. Douglas is a graduate from Fuller Theological Seminary, Pasadena, California, Pentecostal Bible College, Ministerial Training Institute of Inglewood, California and Aenon Bible College West Cost. She has a Bachelors degree in Biblical Studies, a Masters degree in Theology, a PhD in Theology, Administration and a PhD in Biblical Counseling. She has earned certificates from California Christian Leadership of Orange County in biblical counseling, Zoe Christian Leadership Training Institute, Church Growth International, Seoul Korea and School of World Missions and Evangelism, Los Angeles.
Dr. Douglas is formerly the Dean/Professor of the Inglewood Ministerial Training Institute of Inglewood, the Inland Empire Ministerial Training Institute, the Tri-County Ministerial Training Institute (San Bernardino, Riverside and Los Angeles counties) the Living Waters Bible College, Rialto California and the Dean of Colleges and Professor for the California District Council Aenon Bible College and Institutes and the CDC Extension Campus in Inglewood California.
Dr. Douglas is presently the Provost of the Jacob’s Ladder California University of Theology and Aenon Bible College West Coast and the Founder/Chancellor of the American College Theological Seminary International University (ACTS-IU). All schools are fully accredited institutions for pastors, evangelist, teachers and anyone who has the call of God on their lives for ministry.
Suffragan Bishop Dr. Paulette Douglas is formerly the CDC International Missions President and the past
Church/Extension/Evangelism/Altar Director for the California District Council of the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World, Inc., past Evangelism President for the CHDC Area 2 and has worked with the PAW Evangelism Ministry for more than 37 years. She is currently the First Lady (Bishop's Wife), Episcopal Administrator and Altar Director for the Central California District Council for the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World. (PAW)
Suffragan Bishop Dr. Paulette Douglas was one of the first of three Women elevated to the Bishopric in the History of California for the PAW. With this elevation Bishop Robert T. Douglas Sr. PhD and Suffragan Bishop Dr. Paulette Douglas made PAW history by being the first Episcopal couple.
Dr. Paulette Douglas is the published author of the book series "Get Rid of IT before IT Gets Rid of You". Self-Help Instructions on how to correct and receive deliverance in every area of your life. She is the founder of the H.O.P.E. Ministries (Helping Other People Excel) and the Woods Scholarship Foundation.
First Lady Suffragan Bishop Dr. Paulette Douglas portrays tremendous strength and endurance in the Lord by jointly sharing the vision and love for God with her husband of 27 years, Bishop Robert T. Douglas Sr. Her primary objective in life is to be that “Excellent Woman of God, walking in His Divine favor.”
